When you register for our dance competitions, we collect the following information:

Personal details: Name, date of birth (for the correct age category), address and email address.
Team details: Dance school, name of the choreographer and team name.
Visual material: Photos and videos taken during the event.
Payment details: Information required to complete the registration (via our payment provider).

2. Why do we need this data?

We use this data exclusively for:

Organizing the competitions and categories.
Communication about the event (timetables, results).
Processing the payments.
Promotion: Sharing atmospheric images and results on our website and social media.

3. Photos and Videos

Professional recordings are made during our events.

By participating in the competition, you consent to the creation and publication of images for promotional purposes.
Would you like to have a specific photo removed? Please contact us at competition@studio-elevate.be.

4. How long do we retain data?

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. Registration data is retained for administrative purposes for up to 1 year after the event, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

5. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data with partners who are essential for the execution, such as:

Timekeeping or jury systems.
Payment platforms.
The photographer/videographer (for supplying the images).
